Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns are free 

If you are not satisfied with your products and would like to return them you can use a return shipping label provided by our Website Team and send it back. Before sending it back please make sure your return meets the following requirements:

• Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
• Final Sale items may not be returned.

Please send us an e-mail at shopparadiseusa@gmail.com notifying us you are making a return. If you do not send the e-mail your return will not be processed. Please make sure the e-mail subject is “Returns”. Also within the e-mail please include your Order Number with a brief explanation as to why you are returning your order. You will be fully refunded for all items returned granted they meet the return requirements.
